Setting a closing date

An estimated closing date is specified in your sales contract.

Typically, your REALTOR®, lender, and title company closing agent coordinate the time and place. Make sure the closing occurs before your interest rate lock-in expires.

Your REALTOR® will tell you the date, place, and time of the closing meeting and the items you will need to bring.
